DevOps · self-hosting · automation · operational clarity

I turn messy infrastructure into systems people can understand, operate, and fix.

I am Stoyan Trendafilov, a DevOps/cloud builder in Sofia. I work on private Git workflows, service documentation, monitoring, deployment troubleshooting, and local-first infrastructure for independent builders and small teams.

Current focus

Practical DevOps work, made visible.

Local-first DevOps Command Center

A private operations stack around self-hosted Git, service docs, runbooks, and a monitoring roadmap. The public version is sanitized, but the workflow is real.

Cloud and DevOps study

Focused practice across Linux, Bash, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and troubleshooting. The goal is not certificates. The goal is operating skill.

Security research workflow

Bounty Hunter OS and source-review practice for disciplined evidence capture, responsible boundaries, and better security instincts.

What I can help with

Small fixed-scope DevOps packages.

Private Git + docs starter

For a builder or small team that needs repos, docs, runbooks, and backups in one sane place.

Deployment troubleshooting baseline

For a service that technically runs, but becomes painful when something breaks. Service map first, then logs, health checks, and next actions.

How I think about tools

Public square + private workshop.

GitHub is good for public visibility. GitLab is useful for CI/CD practice and platform-style workflows. A private forge is where experiments, internal docs, and sensitive infrastructure work belong. The split is not ideology. It is boundaries.
